Brad Pitt, 59, has been the owner of an impressive Los Angeles property for 30 years, located in the neighborhood of Los Feliz.
Recently, he listed his home for sale for $40 million. Brad purchased the 1.9-acre property back in 1994 from Cassandra Peterson. Pitt also bought multiple other homes in the area and filled them with amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, and skating rink.
According to the source, Pitt’s reason for selling the 1.9-acre property is that he’s “looking for something smaller” in the L.A. area.
This is the same home where he and his ex-wife Angelina Jolie raised their six children- including Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 16, and 14-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. The couple split in 2016 and have been declared legally single since 2019. They have been working out their divorce’s financial aspects.
While managing these legal details, Brad found love with jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, 32, who he recently went on holiday with to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The couple is reportedly having fun together and enjoys each other’s company without any added stress.
A source told People that the couple is “having fun” together and “they have a good thing going on. There is no stress. Brad is enjoying it.”
PEOPLE confirmed that the couple met through a mutual friend following her divorce from her ex-husband star Paul Wesley, earlier in 2022.
Pitt even had Ramon as his plus-one for the premiere of his movie Babylon. A source revealed to PEOPLE that “Ines said that Brad is very sweet” and that Pitt “is clearly very into her, given he brought her to his premiere.”
In addition to selling his home and spending quality time with Ines, Brad has made a few other public appearances lately, including Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey’s baby shower. Guests reportedly got to take pictures with him and were starstruck by his good mood.
