Michelle argues that the cost of maintaining such expensive real estate would be a considerable financial burden for anyone, even a wealthy celebrity like Jenner. Furthermore, Michelle mentions Jenner’s private jet, which is estimated to be worth $73 million, not including the costs of upkeep and staffing.
The TikTok user also questions Jenner’s recent business ventures, such as her fragrance COSMIC, alcohol brand Sprinter, and clothing line Khy. Michelle claims that Jenner is not passionate about these projects and is simply trying to make quick money. At the same time, Jenner and her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott have been trying to sell their Beverly Hills mansion since 2022.
Despite initially listing the home for $21.9 million, the couple has struggled to find a buyer. After reducing the price to $20 million and then briefly taking the property off the market, the now reduced price stands at $17.9 million.
However, real estate experts, such as “Shark Tank” star Barbara Corcoran, believe that even this new price is too high and that the couple needs to be more realistic with their asking price.
Corcoran explains that the luxury mansion market in Los Angeles has been impacted by new taxes, making it challenging to sell high-priced properties. Additionally, records show that Jenner may still have a $13 million mortgage on her main residence in Holmby Hills, which she purchased for $36.5 million in 2020.
The rumors surrounding Jenner’s wealth and the difficulty she is having in selling her home have caused speculation about her financial situation. While it is clear that Jenner is still very wealthy, these rumors suggest that her lavish lifestyle and numerous business ventures may be a facade.
