Adele, who was dressed as Morticia Addams from the Addams Family franchise as part of her Halloween-themed performance, was in the midst of singing “When We Were Young” when she noticed her doctor, whom she identified as Colin, among the concertgoers.
As she sang, the Grammy Award-winning artist could be seen mouthing “Shut up!” between verses, clearly overcome with emotion. She then exclaimed, “Oh my God, Colin! Oh my God! This is my doctor that gave birth to my baby!”
