Never Seen Before Video’s and Pictures Celebrating Bruce Willis’ 68th Birthday!

Bruce Willis and his family celebrated his 68th birthday on Sunday, with a special video shared on Instagram by his ex-wife Demi Moore. The video shows the family singing a hearty rendition of “Happy Birthday” and offering up a dessert with candles. Willis appeared delighted by the tune, smiling and fist-pumping the air while his family cheered along.

In one photo, his daughter Tallulah wore a T-shirt that was a nod to one of her father’s more memorable moments in his career. The shirt featured a picture of Willis singing into a microphone. In 1987, Willis starred in a television mockumentary about his fake alter-ego, singer “Bruno Radolini,” which seems to be the photo on the shirt.

The birthday celebration comes during a difficult time for Willis and his family who revealed last month that he has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD). FTD is an all-encompassing term for a group of brain disorders that threatens the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain. This means that parts of these lobes atrophy, and the shrinking of these areas can cause speech issues, emotional problems, and changes in personality.

Demi Moore captioned the video saying, “Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes — we all feel them.”

In another post featuring pictures of the blended family’s celebration, she simply said, “More from Bruce’s birthday yesterday ♥️”

His wife, Emma Heming Willis also shared a touching tribute sharing videos of their life together and captioned the post saying, “He is pure love. He is so loved. And I’ll be loving him always. Happy Birthday my sweet 💌 My birthday wish for Bruce is that you continue to keep him in your prayers and highest vibrations because his sensitive Pisces soul will feel it 🙏🏽 Thank you so much for loving and caring for him too 💞”

Willis and his family have been open about his diagnosis, sharing in a group statement, “Bruce has always found joy in life — and has helped everyone he knows to do the same. It has meant the world to see that sense of care echoed back to him and to all of us. We have been so moved by the love you have all shared for our dear husband, father, and friend during this difficult time.”
