TV’s Most Scandalous Couple Has A Touchy-Feely Vacation

Former ABC News hosts Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes seem to be making the most of the unemployment as they have recently signed exit agreements with ABC after their affair went public.

This week, the couple was spotted for the first time in Mexico, showing signs of affection in the streets of Puerto Vallarta.

Robach and Holmes had reportedly been having an affair since August of last year and were let go from ABC with compensation packages. It was also reported that Holmes had several other sexual affairs during his time as an anchor. Sources also revealed that Robach had a larger contract than Holmes and was able to secure a better settlement.

“After several productive conversations with Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes about different options, we all agreed it’s best for everyone that they move on from ABC News,” an ABC News spokesperson said in a statement.

“We recognize their talent and commitment over the years and are thankful for their contributions.”

The couple, seemingly unaffected by the scandal, was seen walking side-by-side, holding hands, and even embracing each other. They also greeted several fans who were happy to see them.

The pair had been married before entering into their relationship. Holmes filed for divorce from his wife, Maralee Fiebig, after almost 13 years of marriage in late December 2022. Similarly, Robach’s divorce from her husband, Andrew Shue, was “almost finalized” and she moved out of their home last summer.

Robach and Holmes seem happy together, however, some of Robach’s friends believe the romance won’t last. A source stated that the former “20/20″ anchor “is still saying this is it… [they’re] the real deal, but it’s starting to feel maybe more like — instead of [her] being a firm believer [of their love], now it’s more like she’s trying to convince herself that’s the case.”

Robach and Holmes have yet to comment on their relationship or the recent trip to Mexico.
