It’s a miracle! Just one day after a post on Bachelorette alum Josh Seiter’s official Instagram account declared him dead, the 36-year-old has stepped out to shut down the false rumors and confirm that he is alive and well.
“Hey guys, as you can see, I am alive and well, my account was hacked, for the last 24 hours I have been trying desperately to get into it,” Seiter said in a recent video.
He went on to explain that someone had been playing a cruel joke by mocking his history with mental illness, depression, and multiple suicide attempts. Seiter apologized for any confusion and plans to find the person behind the unfortunate incident.
“I’m sorry for all the pain they caused when they made that post,” Seiter said. “I just got back into my account, I’m going to do all I can with my team to try to identify who is behind this. I apologize again for the confusion and I will update you guys when more facts come in.”
This isn’t the only famous face recently having to set the record straight on a false rumor of death. In another bizarre incident, Instagram influencer and rapper Lil Tay revealed that both her and her brother Jason Tian were alive after a post on her verified Instagram account claimed the pair had died ‘unexpectedly.’
“I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive, but I’m completely heartbroken, and struggling to even find the right words to say,” Lil Tay – who is still controversially known as Claire Hope – told TMZ over 24 hours after the news of her false death broke.
It seems as if both Seiter and Lil Tay – while seemingly having different stories – have had similar experiences. Both have had evil-minded people do them wrong, with the false announcements of their deaths being more than unfortunate.
We’re so glad the pair are both still alive and well, and we’re hoping that those with malicious intentions are held accountable for their cruel actions.
Earlier in the week is was reported by multiple outlets that reality TV star Joshua Seiter, who gained recognition for his appearance on the 11th season of “The Bachelorette,” has passed away at the age of 36. The news of his unexpected demise was shared through a somber post on his official Instagram account. The post expressed profound sorrow at Joshua’s sudden passing, describing him as a radiant presence in a world that often feels dim. Although the cause of death was not disclosed, the statement conveyed a sense of solace in the belief that he has found peace.
“It is with an extremely heavy heart that we share the tragic news of Joshua’s unexpected passing,” a post on his official Instagram page stated.
“As all who knew him can attest, Joshua was an incredibly bright light in an increasingly dim world.”
The post continued, “Although our heartache at Joshua’s passing pains us beyond measure, we find comfort in knowing that he is finally at peace.”
But it was all fake turns out he was hacked.
