The Real Reason Why Post Malone Keeps His Family Out of the Spotlight!

In a recent interview with CR Fashion Book, 28-year-old rapper Post Malone, born Austin Post, shared his thoughts on privacy and the decision to keep his family out of the public eye. Malone expressed concern about the pervasive sense of entitlement that many people have regarding celebrities’ personal lives. He explained that this is the reason behind his choice not to share pictures of his young daughter, as he wants her to have the autonomy to make that decision for herself when she is ready.

“I feel like a lot of people feel entitled to know every single detail of everyone’s life and it’s why I don’t want to post any pictures of my baby, because I want her to be able to make that decision whenever she wants to and is ready,” Malone told the outlet.

Malone delved into the challenges of living in a semi-connected world, where everyone is just a phone call away, but the nuances and intricacies of personal relationships often get lost. He emphasized the importance of preserving those details and the genuine experiences of being with loved ones.

The rapper, known for hits like “Circles,” also shared his enthusiasm for fatherhood, noting that being a dad motivates him to work harder out of love. Malone expressed gratitude for being in a privileged position to pursue his passion as a career. He highlighted the responsibility and desire to create the best world possible for his daughter.

Addressing some humorous concerns, Malone shared his apprehension about the extravagant gifts his daughter has received, including a Maybach from her grandpa. He joked about wanting her to opt for something with better gas mileage and more cost-effectiveness, highlighting the challenges of balancing luxury with practicality.

In a poignant revelation, Malone discussed his battle with alcohol addiction, acknowledging that his relationship played a pivotal role in his recovery. He credited the presence of supportive individuals in his life and meeting a “beautiful person” who guided him out of the darkness. Malone expressed deep gratitude, stating that this person had essentially saved his life.

“I am responsible now,” the “Circles” singer said when asked about his sobriety. “It was to a really rough point, and I couldn’t get up off the floor for weeks.”

“I just have super beautiful people around me, and I met a really beautiful person that made me feel like a human being again,” Malone said of his fiancée. “It’s the guidance out of the dark into the light. … She saved my f***ing life — it’s pretty epic.”
