Robert De Niro, 79, Becomes Dad Again!

Robert De Niro, 79, has taken on a role of a lifetime, and this time it’s not on the big screen. The Oscar winner recently became a dad once again, making it a grand total of seven children for the star!

Now, I know what you’re thinking. Who is the lucky mother of this adorable bundle of joy? Well, that piece of information has been kept hush-hush for now. De Niro spilled the beans about his new baby during an interview with ET Canada. With a proud smile on his face, he revealed, “I just had a baby.”

This newest addition joins the De Niro family, which already includes six children.  De Niro shares two children, Drena and Raphael, with his ex-wife Diahnne Abbott. But wait, there’s more! De Niro also has 27-year-old twin sons named Aaron and Julian, whom he shares with his former flame Toukie Smith. De Niro also has two other children from his marriage to Grace Hightower, son Elliot, who is 25 years old, and daughter Helen, who is just 11 years old.

During the interview, De Niro opened up about his parenting style and the joys and challenges of being a dad. He admitted that, like any parent, there are moments when he has to lay down the law and make tough decisions. It’s not always easy, but he always wants to do right by his children.

“My kids disagree with me at times, and they’re respectful,” he shared when asked if his children considered him a cool dad. “My daughter [Helen], she’s 11, she gives me grief sometimes and I argue with her. I adore her, but, you know. And my youngest now, that’ll be more to come. But that’s what it is.”

Despite being a Hollywood icon, De Niro humbly confessed that he doesn’t consider himself a “cool” dad. According to him, his kids might not always see eye to eye with him, but they have a respectful relationship.
