Gwyneth Paltrow In Big Trouble-Watch!

Gwyneth Paltrow’s husband Brad Falchuk and her two children, Apple and Moses, are expected to testify during a civil trial that began Tuesday in Utah.

The trial is the result of a lawsuit by retired optometrist Terry Sanderson, who alleges that Paltrow caused a ski crash in February 2016 at Deer Valley Resort.

According to Paltrow’s attorney Stephen Owens, the trip to Deer Valley was a sentimental one for the actress, as it was the first time she had taken her children skiing since the death of her father Bruce Paltrow in 2002.

Owens also stated that Falchuk, Apple, 18, and Moses, 16, are expected to testify during the trial.

The lawsuit by Sanderson alleges that Paltrow collided with him from behind while skiing down a beginner-level slope at Deer Valley Resort with a ski instructor. Sanderson claims that the crash resulted in “permanent traumatic brain injury,” four broken ribs, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress, and disfigurement.

Paltrow has denied the allegations in a countersuit, claiming that Sanderson actually was the one who hit her from behind and is now trying to “exploit her celebrity and wealth.”

Gwyneth Paltrow is an American actress, singer, author, and businesswoman. She has won numerous awards, including an Academy Award, two Golden Globe Awards, and a Primetime Emmy Award.

Brad Falchuk is an American television writer, director, and producer, who is best known as the co-creator of the television series Glee and co-executive producer of American Horror Story. He is married to Paltrow, whom he met in 2014.

Terry Sanderson is a retired optometrist who lives in Utah. He alleges that Paltrow caused a ski crash in February 2016 at Deer Valley Resort.

The court case is the result of a lawsuit by Sanderson against Paltrow, which claims that the actress collided with him from behind while skiing down a beginner-level slope at Deer Valley Resort with a ski instructor. Sanderson is requesting damages in excess of $3.1 million.

Paltrow has denied the allegations in a countersuit for just $1, claiming that Sanderson actually was the one who hit her from behind and is now trying to “exploit her celebrity and wealth.”

Throughout the trial, Paltrow’s attorney has asserted that her husband Brad Falchuk, as well as her daughter Apple, 18, and son Moses, 16, will testify. The trial is expected to run through Thursday, March 30.
