Kim Kardashian Admits She Cries Herself To Sleep In Interview- Watch

In a recent interview with Jay Shetty on his podcast, “On Purpose with Jay Shetty,” entrepreneur and media personality Kim Kardashian shared her candid thoughts on the trials and tribulations of parenting. Despite her status as a billionaire, Kardashian admitted that she, like any other parent, faces the everyday challenges of raising children.

Kim Kardashian acknowledged that parenting has been the most challenging aspect of her life, teaching her valuable lessons about herself. She revealed moments of vulnerability, admitting to shedding tears on sleepless nights, overwhelmed by the various moods and personalities of her children. As a single parent since her divorce from Kanye West, Kardashian often finds herself taking on both the roles of the good cop and the bad cop.

“There are nights I cry myself to sleep,” she admitted to the author. “Like, what just happened, you know? With all the moods, and personalities, and sometimes they’re fighting, and there’s no one there,” other than herself, she explained.

“Like, it’s me to play good cop and bad cop. So like, that is definitely a challenge.… Something I’m working on is being a little bit firmer,” she told the author and life-coach, who says he is not yet a father.

Kardashian’s four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, are all under the age of nine. She emphasized that while parenting can be chaotic and demanding, it is also a source of immense joy. She described the “best chaos” that ensues during the early stages of child-rearing, highlighting the unpredictable nature of her mornings and the madness that comes with feeding and caring for young children.

Kim Kardashian emphasized that no one can ever be fully prepared for the challenges of parenting. However, she encouraged fellow parents by emphasizing that they will figure it out as they go along. She expressed her pride in overcoming the trials of each day, even when the nights felt like a survival test. Kardashian acknowledged that parenting has the power to reveal facets of oneself that one may not have anticipated, and it serves as a constant journey of self-discovery.

One of the hardest aspects Kardashian mentioned was experiencing mom guilt, which many parents can relate to. She stressed that children simply want their parent’s time and attention, making it crucial to prioritize quality moments with them. While navigating the complexities of life, Kardashian believes that focusing on what one puts out into the world is key to finding the right path.

“Mom guilt is probably the hardest thing. Am I a good mom? Kids, all they want is time. They just want your time,” she says.
